Delete account
You can request deletion of your Baba account and personal information through our privacy request form. Submitting a request starts a review; it does not immediately delete your account.
What happens to your information
Medical records and other information that we are required to keep will be retained. Our team will verify your identity before processing your request and explain what can be deleted and what must be kept. We will confirm when your request is completed.
Request account deletion
On the form, choose “Delete my personal information,” use your Baba account email, and write “Delete my Baba account” in Details. Please do not include medical information.
